How to submit a ticket

To create a ticket, you can either:

  1. Click on the Submit a request link located in the upper right corner of this page. You will be able to read and reply to all your tickets by email.
  2. Or, create an account and sign-in to our helpdesk. You could easily manage all your tickets from our interface but also read and reply to them by email. Additionally, you can even sign-in with your Twitter, Facebook or Google+ accounts.

 

Working hours: 10:00AM - 10:00PM - our time zone is ICT (UTC+07).
